I had heard about their loyalty bonus program but had blown it off. But I called them today and spoke with customer service about it. They gave me the line.."we have to put you on the list and then we will see what your Bonus Play will be...yada yada" I thought that was funny but worth a shot.....but low and behold within 1 hour i had a Bonus Play of 220 in my account.

220 Bonus Play for just playing with them when needed. Thank you BetJamaica. But me being me had James Madison ML for 220. Thanks for the shot jamaica.

They always add you to their list. They don't check your history then and there.

They give you 1 Bonus Play (based on your average bet, up to $200) for every 100 plays you put in. You must call them and ask for your loyalty play bonus.

I've been with them for over 3 years but just started giving them volume in the past 6 months. You get your avg bet over your last 100 wagers there. They got off lucky with James Madison losing by 40 or whatever.

And all i hear about marginal customer service should be racked up to people wanting to bitch. I have always had a good experience. Live chat is killer too.

kevin you have to call them and tell them you want the loyalty bonus. they take an average of what you have bet and give you Bonus Play based on that. look for it on their website it is really a nice feature.

I talked with a customer service rep. You have to have 100 wagers under your belt... obviously we get that in a weekend or two. Call them between 9-5 Eastern time and they will give you an average of your bets for those 100. Although I think if you let them add up you don't get the full worth in other words during football I had like 400 bets without a bonus then I called they gave me two bonuses or something.....so if you keep your records every 100 they hook you up with a Bonus Play....

I don't believe that's accurate. I've given them a shitload of play for the last 7 or 8 years and have gotten many Bonus Plays. It's a certainty that my level of Bonus Play is based on the lifetime average bet size, not the last 100 plays.

I make some money by only betting dogs (+250 - +400) with Bonus Play....matchbook is also helpful in the formula.

I must be an exception. I garauntee that isn't how it's applied to me and I've gotten about 40 loyalty Bonus Plays over 6 or 7 years.

I'll bet a million that if I place 100 $500 plays, my next loyalty play will be for about $150. Also, if I put in 100 $20 plays, my next loyalty Bonus Play will be about $140.
