Prop question

Two weeks ago I had a prop bet for A. Romero to finish as the top "rest of the world" player and he tied with K.J. Choi. Why is it not a winner?

It's like the Kobe and Shaq All star MVP bet I think. Should be split.

Yes without question you should have gotten half. I am sick of books pulling moves like this.

They are saying that the tie breaker is the final round score which is in favor of Choi and thats why he is listed above Romero. But they get the same payout from the tournament.

IF THE RULE is posted somewhere that is fine but this cant be just an arbitrary decision on their part
