I know, it seems like we had this thread last night, but I bet a first half prop at pinnacle, and I think it was graded wrong. Want to check with you guys before I write an email.

Will the 1st half total score be >90½ and <104½?

No +108

I took NO, and I believe that wins with a 73 point 1st Half. Yet it is graded a loss.

Am I missing something?

It looks like a winner to me. I'd e-mail them to have them explain why it was a loss. It seems to me Pinnacle props are too damn confusing as even they get confused by them.

Will first half score be more than 90.5 and less than 104.5? Total points in 1st half was 73. Then No has to be a winner. Was it more than 90.5 but less than 104.5 - no it was not.

thanks guys, I thought so, i'll write up an email in a few.

I think they could be phrased better myself. Like why can't they just use the words OVER, UNDER and BETWEEN and cut it out with the algebra symbols?

I love pinnacles initial response:

"Dear Pinnacle Sports Client:

This is to advise that we have received your email inquiry.

The answer is not readily apparent and will require some time to research.

As soon as we have the answer to your question, we will forward it."

Yeah, guess they'll have to get out the 8th grade Math book to see what the < and > mean.

what i think is interesting is that bet can be interpreted as having to fall BETWEEN those numbers to win. god knows how many people bet it based on your assumption funksoulbrother, and then when they see a loss, they assume they read it improperly...very sneaky!!! pinnacle wins either way, only have to pay the guys who actually complain about it...

Pinny should just drop the confusing language and put props in plainspeak. You are not the first to bitch about this FSB. Plus it causes confusion on grading, even worse. Glad you got it straightened out. Best Wishes...OF

I believe the reason Pinny uses the ">" and "<" symbols is they really try to be as professional as possible. Even though it may be confusing, it seems like the most professional way to word their props. It like a legal document. There are alot simpler ways to word legal documents.
