In the initial chat when I said "I think ticket # xxx was graded incorrectly in my favor" she said "thanks for bringing this to our attention, I will look into it". That was it. No biggie though.

they wont give you anything. i deposited money once and they accidentely doubled it. i told them and asked if they would give me a bonus or at least a Bonus Play. all they said was they wouldnt because its not their policy, and it didnt matter because they would have found the mistake eventually, so better i told them now and didnt get in trouble. their customer service really is shit

i actually dont really have problem with that policy, although i think it would be a nice thing to do for loyal customers to give them a bonus when theyre honest. a lot of my anger towards their customer service comes from another thread, and stories ive heard about tony
