I feel if I have a beef about a book and complain about it here, then it's only fair that I give a good report about a book that treats me well.

At bet365 they give you a Bonus Bet up to $15. I won the bet. On my balance sheet it showed that I was credited the $15 but it also showed a debit of $15. I set an email this afternoon explaining the situation.

Later tonight I received an email explaining that the bonus was given out in the ticket. I checked the ticket and sure enough, I was credited an extra $15. Not only did they respond quickly but they explained the situation well.

I like this book because they have in-game betting. Sometimes I'll miss a bet just before or just after a game starts. I can sometimes get lucky by having that same game be an in-game bet. Not all games allow in-game bets but it is fun for the ones that do.

Quite honestly, one of the SAFEST and friendliest sportsbooks anybody can ever choose.

ps- This book is much more geared for the recreational player than the semi-professional or professional.

If any of you out there are just recreational players and rarely say wager over $100 or so a game, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Bet365 to you.

15% cash bonus upon sign-up also and a free $40 in their casino for the month of December.....................making it ridiculous not to open an account there.

Solid book. Their juice is a little steep and their straddles are a bit wide but a good place to have an account. Now if they would just list their soccer lines for the Asian Handicaps in American odds instead of decimal odds, I would consider it an early Christmas present.

glaken- I'm glad you noticed it. I spoke with them on the phone the other day and they stated they had made a decision to list the Asian Handicaps only in decimal format regardless of what your settings are.

That's completely moronic. They made the change last week and up until that time, the odds would show up in whatever format your preferences were set to. I'm still amazed that such a well run shop would do something that stupid. If you would, send them an email. If they get enough complaints about their idiotic decision, there's a good chance they'll change it back.

glad to hear some good things about this book.

fish is right, seems like a good deal to sign up with them in December.

and, as I don't keep alot of books funded at one time (usually 2 or 3) I haven't dealt with in game lines, sounds like something I 'd really enjoy. what other books offer in game betting? i noticed you said some games are not available for in game wagering, so is it just a couple of games and in which sport(s) are they generally available?

I am going to start a new thread with these questions because I'm very interested to learn more about it. If you wouldn't mind sharing your knowledge on this topic, please respond to my new thread. Thank You.

I have sent e mails to them this past week and they keep getitng bounced back to me as undeliverable. Ii wanted to request a withdrawal from my account. When I attempt to do this online, I am given a message to contact customer service as I can not withdrawal online due to the withdrawal method??? WTF (I used Neteller BTW). Then I click the link to contact them via Email, and the email does not go through...Very frustrating. And, I can not call as I need to "hide" my gambling from my wife!:nono5: And, I should be able to reach customer service by email.

Is there another address that I should be using...customerservices@bet365.com does not seem to work).?

Been with 365 for two years now, not my favorite but they have a wide variety of sports and other subjects to wager on. Regarding the problem with getting emails through to them, I experienced the same difficulties back in August. Customer service stated that they were no longer accepting emails from my server (Comcast) and that I would have to set up a 'hotmail' account with Yahoo or MSN. Incidentally, that's the only way I can receive emails from them as well. Hope this is of some help. Also, when I sent my last deposit ($1000 certified bank check) even though I provided them with the amount of the check and the Fedex tracking number per their website instructions, I still was not allowed to wager until they physically received the package? Wow, that is pretty odd and bizzare, if true. I happen to be a comcast subscriber. I am not going to sign up for another E-mail account just for the "privaledge" of being a B365 Customer. Never heard of this before.

I can communicate with the rest of the world with my email account.

I play a lot of UK horses and B365 let me get on a lot more than bigger name books such as ladbrokes, william hill etc.
