I had heard negative things and, because of their square lines, I decided to give them a try with a small deposit ($500). Now I've requested my first withdrawl ($1000), and they are begining to give me the runaround. First off, they are requesting documentation (documentation that they didn't request when I made my deposit), despite the fact that I'm using the same withdrawl method as deposit method. I faxed them what they requested and got a confirmation that it went through. Now they have asked me to fax it again and call back tomorrow (despite the fact they indicated that this would get done today).

Any suggestions from anyone?

Follow their requests and they will pay you. Seems to be a common problem with SIA. They are not very cooperative with disputes either. Michael Cash has offered to assist before. Maybe he will see this and assist if needed, but I do believe you will be paid after the red tape is used up.

I'm now on the phone with SIA and they are now giving me more runaround. Now they are requiring a fourth form (that they hadn't requested in the previous email they sent me).

This is hilarious. I should have stayed far, far away.

General...what makes you say that "I will get paid"?

I am assuming no scam is taking place. Maybe I should not be so naive, but if all is clean on your end, then this is nothing new. Do a search and you will see that many posters have had this same issue. Do what they ask and they have paid to the best of my knowledge.

1)How did you deposit the funds?

2) be patient, it may take 4 weeks but you will get your money...I recommend not coming in here & bashing them as they will read it & they probably will be able to associate it with your account...

3) Only use neteller with them....

It's not about being paid, General, it's about being paid promptly. Why should I have to wait an eternity for my money? When I deposited (in other words, when they withdrew money from MY checking account), they didn't require all these verifications, and the money was there IMMEDIATELY, if not sooner. Why the delay now that I'm withdrawing from there?

I really think you shouldn't be that naive, General. It's not about getting paid, as I am quite certain that I will get paid, whether they like it or not, it's about getting paid within a reasonable amount of time.

SS, I deposited using direct bank transfer (Swiftpay, which I am quite certain that Sportsinteraction owns anyway). And, as far as not bashing them, I could care less if they come in here. My user name with them is the same as my name on here, so, they will most certainly associate it, but, ask me if I care. The money is mine and I can all but guarantee that I will get paid, one way or another.

General...one more thing. You are missing the point in the grand scheme of things. Why SHOULD I have to jump through their hoops to be paid money that is MINE...not THEIRS? I didn't have to jump through these hoops to deposit there.

jcambert,

You are asking some questions that I cannot answer. This is nothing new for SIA. They pay on their terms and only on their terms. They may say it is for player protection. There is nothing anyone can do, except try and advise others who may inquire about playing there.

I absolutely agree. I hope to GOD that they read this thread. I will shout at the top of my lungs that, if only for the aggravation and atrocious customer service...anyone considering opening an account at SIA......DONT!!!!!!!!!

Jcam - if you played at SIA, you did so for a reason: you know the pro and cons. If you are going to cash in on their dog lines, expect a runaround when you try to withdraw. That is just how SIA is.

One thing I've notice though. I have never heard of a person getting the runaround if they only use Neteller.

I think it's YOU that missed the point, not the General.

You've been around here for a couple of years, and you yourself said that you read the negative press about SIA ... so why are you acting so surprised and outraged that your payout's being delayed ?

I mean, if nothing else, you must have read that Neteller's the ONLY way to go, for anyone who actually decides to play with SIA.

If you used swiftpay that means you used a credit card? They want your ID to make sure that you wont charge it back...

They also want to make sure that you are not a player that has been previously booted...
