SportsInteraction player waits 20 days for Neteller withdrawal
<HR style="COLOR: #336699" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->SportsInteraction (SBR rating C+) player waits 20 days for Neteller withdrawal. SIA blames the company’s security system for the hold. Management tells SBR the procedure has been modified to prevent future delays and they will be issuing a written apology to the bettor. SIA has also stated that players will no longer be required to provide a social security number.

Give this book a little more time. They have made progress but there will be bumps. At least they are trying to improve.

Just a quick update, Its been over 4 days and still no $$$. I called and asked to talk to a manager was told that there was no need because my $$ was sent. After a couple of hours and no money I called back and once again not allowed to talk to a manager, but told that the money would probably be sent tomorow, but no gurantee. Buzz is this what you call a few bumps? The 4 days rule is moronic but telling my my money is not being sent because the account department is backed up is not a small bump. Its a major fucking mountain. This is not a c- book its a D- at best.

I just wonder if you had a reup bonus that comes into play with this deposit. I remember one player....at a different book I believe...decide to transfer some money into the casino to play with, and when they wanted to withdraw the money, the book said they now had to meet the casino rollover requirments for the bonus instead of the sportsbook bonus which was already met by the player.

The only problem I ever had with them is that I had asked for a Neteller withdrawal by their automated system. When a day passed and I hadn't recived my money I called them and this guy starts asking for my banking information. I told him again it was a Neteller withdrawal and he said he knew that. I thought that maybe I had made an Instant deposit and that's why they needed my banking information, but that wasn't the case. Wind up is, the next day I don't find the money in my Neteller account, but upon checking my bank account find the money deposited there.....with a $10 bank transfer fee. I called them about the screwup and how the $10 was 10% of my withdrawal, and they offered to refund the money when I sent them proof that this had occured. I was so fed up I just said the heck with it. The worst part is, I needed the money for a poker tourney the previous night where I could have entered through Neteller. No money...no tournament, and I had the best of it in the tourney. I may or may not have come in the money, but it was a small pool of players that I knew with a nice size payout!
