This is what I got from the CEO when I wrote him

Thank you for the e-mail , I am sorry to hear that your request has been delayed . I can guarantee you 100% that this was not done intentionally. Unfortunately we use third party's to process and send Fed-EX payments for us. Costa Rican law prohibits us from banking here , thus we rely on third parties to handle these payments . The company that was handling your request was Pay Manager out of Belize. On Dec 7th Pay Manager closed it's doors without notice leaving us holding the bag for well over 6 figures worth of in process checks. We thus had to make transfers to other processing agents to cover not only your payment but many others as well. I understand your concern but please bear in mind this was completely unexpected and we acted as quickly as possible to rectify this situation.



Please accept my apologies and even though you are not currently playing we appreciate your buisness.

Eagles Vs Cowboys picked up 3 points to lower sprread: took Eagles
Atlanta Vs New York: Took Atlanta won by 1 point
Colts Vs. Det picked up 1 1/2 points lower spread: Took Colts

2 games were almost a bust for me.
I don't know all the terms "steam" or whatever and call it beginers luck or whatever I was up $20,000+ and lost $5,000 so I quit well I was ahead at $15,000.

How much is considered to not be a casual player? So I went for broke and won.... They could of said "we don't take that high of a bet as we post on our site" or something

Madd Enemy - What I am trying to say is MyBookie is set up for casual bettors, quite frankly I do not know what bets you made or when you made them. I was informed you asked for a payment 3 days after depositing by credit card. I don't know anything about bank delays in Belize. I was however told you will be paid in full by MyBookie, I am not sure what else you want from the Rx. or Mybookie other than your money paid promptly in full. Please make an effort to contact MyBookie management on Sunday to make arrangement to be paid.

I just am new to all this so just asking what may be dumb question to everyone else. Sorry.

I hope when you mean paid in full I still get 2 checks as they told me I don't want anything over $10,000 at 1 time cashed at the bank.

For the future, who is a great sportbook who has no problems with $20,000 payouts or bets?

ME - I have been assured you will be paid, you need to ask for the two checks when you make your payment arrangements.

Mybookie has ok lines and a decent interface, and they do eventually pay. Also I think they are owned by Grand Central sports who has had payment problems in the past.

I mean what point is there to play if you can't get paid in a reasonable time frame?

I myself have had problems getting money out of there via neteller.

I played at MyBookie last month. Opened up Neteller, made 4x my money and took it all out because the casino was absolutely brutal. I enjoy the book, the payout was Neteller and fast, just the casino whipped my azz and I figured I would stop while I'm ahead. Not any steam games, just patient and playing only what i thought to be strong games....HF

Rick and Mike at MyBookie have been great, working with these two gentlemen they have done nothing but treated me with respect from the moment I was contacted by them. I strongly feel they were truthful about everything that has been going on and why it happened. They have been contacting me every day from the time they found out till now to let me know where they are in this matter. I have a fed ex tracking number and will post again when I get it. As I told them I have no hard feelings and plan on being a long and loyal customer.

The key word in that phrase is "trying" Very few sportsbettors, and not many of the guys here actually beat the books' ass.
