i have called about 5 times now asking about the holiday Bonus Play they were giving their customers this year...it said you were to send e-mail with holiday Bonus Play in the cc...i did that on the 26th of december...i then called on the 31st and they told me they would put my acct.# on the list...here it is the 2nd of january and still no Bonus Play...so i call this morning and they tell me all the bonuses were given out...i asked why i didnt recieve one and she told me i must not of met the requirements or called to claim...i told her i not only called i sent e-mail that they responded to...i also told her i met the $100 requirement for the month of december...she said "i dont know what to tell you i didnt do the bonuses" i then had her look into my acct and she told me yes you did meet the $100 requirement... ok now she tells me to call back when the lady gets in at 12 noon. my whole problem is i probably called about everyday from the 26th to today...asking when i would recieve this bonus...my acct is at $0.00 right now because i got killed in yesterday's bowl games...but im not gonna make a deposit until i get my bonus!! please mod if you can help in any way i would greatly appreciate it...i have heard so many good things about betjamaica and would like to stay there...but if this is how they really do business then i have no choice but to drop them from the many sportsbooks i have accts with...thank you in advance and if you need my acct. # ill pm it to you..
