problem with betjamaica need mod help

i have called about 5 times now asking about the holiday Bonus Play they were giving their customers this year...it said you were to send e-mail with holiday Bonus Play in the cc...i did that on the 26th of december...i then called on the 31st and they told me they would put my acct.# on the list...here it is the 2nd of january and still no Bonus Play...so i call this morning and they tell me all the bonuses were given out...i asked why i didnt recieve one and she told me i must not of met the requirements or called to claim...i told her i not only called i sent e-mail that they responded to...i also told her i met the $100 requirement for the month of december...she said "i dont know what to tell you i didnt do the bonuses" i then had her look into my acct and she told me yes you did meet the $100 requirement... ok now she tells me to call back when the lady gets in at 12 noon. my whole problem is i probably called about everyday from the 26th to today...asking when i would recieve this bonus...my acct is at $0.00 right now because i got killed in yesterday's bowl games...but im not gonna make a deposit until i get my bonus!! please mod if you can help in any way i would greatly appreciate it...i have heard so many good things about betjamaica and would like to stay there...but if this is how they really do business then i have no choice but to drop them from the many sportsbooks i have accts with...thank you in advance and if you need my acct. # ill pm it to you..

I am having the SAME type problems Hannowsky... my problem was with the referrel bonus though. I referred someone to betjamaica and once he placed his 20 wagers, I called up there to get my bonus... they told me to call back the next day. I call back the next day and they tell me... in order to get your bonus, you must send a utility bill and ID. I've made numerous deposits into bet jamaica and have also gotten bonuses before (referrel bonuses and loyalty bonus) and they've never asked. Now that my account is down to 0.00 because of yesterday, they choose to ask for all of that information. It says on the bonuses page that as soon as the 20 wagesr have been made, they would credit your account... which is not true at all.. you have to call them and let them know and then tehy'll ask for the guy you referenced to call.. blah blah... I'm sorry but I don't know how their customer services ranks so highly... because I believe this is a total crock of crap. The holiday special also says that it expires on the 1st of Jan... Every coupon I've ever used is go to use until the end of the day it expires.. I inquired about the holiday bonus as well and they said that they stopped taking requests on the 31st... how much crap is that? crappppy.

yeah ive had problems also i made a deposit early one day and got a 20% bonus then made a deposit that same day and they only gave me 10% their special was 20% and they wouldnt budge so i put it in my skybook acct. instead...they have been pissing me off for a couple of weeks now. i did btw get my holiday Bonus Play finally... and they only gave me $8 freakin dollars what a joke!! all the money ive spent with them and they give me 8 freakin dollars im over it!!
