Seeing 92.5. Usually like to play the over, but jeez, 92. Thoughts on how the new format will affect the scoring would be appreiciated.

Not sure what impact they'll have. Seems maybe like a net zero.
Here they are:

1. A two-minute warning will be added to the first and third quarters and the ball will change hands after each quarter.

2. After the two-minute warning of each quarter, if the offense does not gain at least one yard, the game clock will stop and not start again until the next snap.

3. After an incomplete pass the game clock will start on the referee’s signal, except inside the last two minutes of the first half and the last five minutes of the second half.

4. A 35/25-second play clock will be used instead of the normal 40/25-second clock.

5. The game clock will not stop after a quarterback sack at any point during the game.

The rules seem like a combination of trying to encourage more offense and trying not to allow the game to drag out too long. Some of these rules seem kind of bizarre; others seem kind of fun. None of them is likely to make a big difference, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see the NFL take a close look at a few of the rules (particularly switching the 40-second play clock to a 35-second play clock) and potentially use them in the regular season as well.

came across this also.....

A two-minute warning will be added to the first and third quarter and the ball will change hands at the end of every quarter, setting up the potential for a two-minute drill to end each half.

There also will be no kickoffs in this game; a coin toss at the start of the game will decide which team gets the ball first, and at the start of each quarter and after each scoring play the ball will be placed at the 25-yard line.

All of these rule changes are conducive to more offense, which the Pro Bowl certainly hasn't had any shortage of in recent years. The total has gone OVER in each of the last four Pro Bowl games with 75 combined points in 2010, 96 in 2011, 100 in 2012, and 97 in 2013. No total has been set for the game yet.

Should be interesting to say the least

The total I really like is in the Bronx. The goalies aren't going to be able to see the puck and you can get +$ on the over :103631605

The other rule change is the corner backs can now play press coverage, and zone defenses are permitted, but blitzing is still not allowed.
