when i tried to send on it says

i turned it off and need to turn it back on.

where do i go to change this and turn it on

1) Click on USER CP in the upper left hand corner.
2) Click on "Edit Options" on the left hand side of the screen (in the settings and options box)
3) Go to the second box called "messaging and notification" and make sure there is a CHECK MARK next to "enable private messaging"

There are a few other options in regards to PM's that you can activate as well.

First you have to turn on pms. then click someones name and go down to send a private message.
