All wagers have action. Wagers placed after news of arrest or capture of either fugitive will be graded no action. If neither fugitives are captured by the end of 2015 wagers will be graded no action.

What if they die during capture? Does this affect the wager? Dead, I guess, still counts as valid capture, yes? "Dead or Alive" as the old saying goes....surprising that clarification of Death's effect on a wager isn't addressed in: "All wagers have action. Woulda taken 1 second to type "Dead or Alive" in that Fine Print.

I think the guy with the most hair stays Free the longest. I don't have any Trend to quote in this respect but really wish I did like: "In Group Prison Breaks since 2002 the Escapee with the Most Hair is 47-6-1 for longest time Free".
