Wow this is nice an early unlike Royal/Lay107's payouts.

Thank you all for your input. We appreciate the feedback. Enjoy the brackets, and on behalf of Royal "good luck with your wagers this March".

Thanks for the input Frankie,

If you have a concern regarding a payment, you can contact us at 1-800-818-1000. I will be more than happy to assist you. As far as the ID is concerned, we do not need five, just one valid ID. This is for both of our protection where conflicting information exists. We need to verify that we are sending the funds to the right account holder.
Once again, we appreciate your input. When people like yourself use their voice, it helps us to better our services for the future.

Thanks again,

Richard

The ID thing is only a stall tactic. C,mon please do not insult the intelligence of the people that post on this forum.

You can lose as much as you want and you don't care who it is or how old he is but when you win LOOK OUT!!!!

I do not know of any book that asks for an ID when you ask for a payout. This is why you have to stick with the big boys and avoid books like Royal/Lay107/Gambler ave like the plague.

i dont know what is going on in this particualr case, but there are several books that ask for an id, when recieving your first payout, or when you want the money sent to a name not on the account, etc...

I do however agree with the part, that alot of books dont worry about the id's, or matching accts, until it comes time to collect...as long as you are losing you can be whoever u want...

However i dont think this is limited to Royal.....I would call him like he said, then let us know what was said.....
