Deion is successful at his career. His career is football. He is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. That is my measure of success. Money doesn’t bring success in life, success brings money in life. If you get what I’m saying. I think we differ on Deions success but we AGREE on what success is in general, it’s not just about money.

Totally agree with you and glad you took the time to understand my view. I'm not much a fan of his personality either. Just impressed with his accomplishments and believe he has knowledge to share with young athletes. He shook up the portal and showed us a different way to build a team. Being a person of higher standards and knowledgeable on many things unrelated to just sports. Came across this recently and believe in it 100%. Defines a true person of many levels of success IMO. Hard to check all these boxes but I’m sure you get my point. Also IMHO, Deion doesn’t check all and you and others mentioned not liking his personality. I think part of his so called success in football has been selfish/ego driven. Has that carried over to other areas of life once playing days over for him? He was hired to be the head coach at a school that has a national championship in their history. Could he have been hired for the clicks? Possibly, but 27-6 in 3 years can't be explained away simply by talent imo.
He's never been in trouble with the law - well, he was arrested once at a Kroger - sounds like he let his emotions get the better of him but also that the cop might not have like him either. He doesn't drink, doesn't smoke and there are many stories that go, " .... and he was always reading the bible."
His baseball teammates loved him, as well as the staff and the brass.

His first two kids both graduated from college as well, the Shedeur and daughter #2 was national honor society in HS and at CU as well.
