Also, Wanderlei Silva came out and called out Chuck Liddell to fight him at the next PRIDE U.S. show in February. The head of PRIDE also said that they are here to stay in America.

Baroni showed very good stategy and a nice display of grappling which he hasn't shown before. (Probably because he's never faced someone with almost no grappling skills.) Nishijima would have gave him hell standing. Nastula gave a hell of a performance for being such a big dog. Lawler really stepped up, this win was big for him. Joey villasenor is now 1-4 against top guys.
Villasenor looked like shi* at the weigh-ins. Black bags under his eyes, nervous facial expressions. I think he doesn't believe that he can compete at the high level. I guess it's back to the bush leagues for him. Hope you guys did well.

Next up will be Whitehead vs. Kerr on Nov. 2nd. at the IFL Who do you guys like?

Will have to see what shape Kerr is in, but leaning towards Whitehead. Kerr is no longer the physical specimen he once was.

Baroni is actually a decent grappler. Apart from gassing out he rarely gets in deep trouble on the ground. I feel Nishijima is way overated though, hasn't shown much and losing to Cyborg, who is somewhat a lesser skilled version of Baroni kind of confirmed this imo.

I don't think anyone can beat Fedor atm.

Next UFC looks to have some decent picks.

I'm also looking forward to the UFC 65. One fight especially. The oddsmakers have been right on the closer fights that I feel strongly about lately. We'll see what kind of numbers they post for this next card.

Kerr is off the juice, so he isn't going to be as strong or explosive, but he still is a good wrestler, as is Whitehead. Wonder who the favorite will be and how tight a line.

Sen, who do you like Hughes or St. Pierre?

GSP as a dog play, but will wait for other fight odds to come out.

I like GSP as well. Hughes is off a tough fight versus Penn and I know he has still got to be a little hurting from all of those submissions BJ put him in. GSP might have seen some vulnerability there.

St. Pierre has the tools. As long as he doesn't get put on his back too often. I wonder where he is at mentally though.
