Man, this might the worst officiating crew i have seen...

This guy doing the replays looks about 100 years old, and must have bad eyes, cuz he is overturning calls, that there is no evidence to do, then he makes up an excuse to call the int a td...

They spotted a ball that didnt cross the 50 yard line, at the 49er's 49 yard line for a first down...

what a joke.......

Sweet!!!!

The refs should favor the home team.

What other home field advantage can a team have??

:coffeetim I had the over 35.5 it went 36

I had the bears they won

and I had the 1st half over 17.5 and that won as well.

It always seems my winning comes in streaks.

What a perfect finale to the weekend.

Good post.

I think many people think that the refs made the wrong call, in part, because the announcers don't know the rules either, and didn't really explain the ruling on the field.

Vasher did not yet have control when the wr made contact. So, without having possession, it was not yet an interception, and he was not yet a ball-carrier.

There's always next year, like in 75, 90-93, 99 &

Oh brother.

Sharp money says this guy was on the cheerleading squad and Bucs was on the starting 'D'. :kicking:

I have a fairly objective opinion, no action on game of losers. Some mini scalps only. Most of the evening, especially later in the game, there appeared to be a bias favoring Bears on 3 or 4 critical spots, and both overturned reviews. Or as JM used to say, left foot, right foot spots. I was under the impression calls on the field needed undisputable evidence to overturn. The completion to 49ers, that would have given them a much easier field goal attempt has no such evidence. The second one, the interception return for a td, could have been called defensive pass interference. The defender came through the receiver. Was the guy bobbling the ball? Not that I saw. And after being touched by 49er, knee hit twice. More conclusive evidence to overturn, I did not see. 3 or 4 critical spots, some the announcers caught, many they did not. Not one of these went the 49ers way. Again, I sat this primetime dud out, went trick or treating with the 3 year old, dressed as a frog. Got back by 2nd Q. It was the zebras turn to win, zebras and bears were friends this night. :WTF:

I agree completely with Lock. I think that the player should have been called down after the int as well. If you think about it, when a receiver is bobbling the ball and the defensive player makes contact with him while bobbling and the player falls and still makes the catch the refs ALWAYS call it down by contact. In this case Lloyd made contact with the defender which caused him to fall and even though he did make the catch after I think he should be ruled down. I know the rules dont say this, but I think the rule needs to be looked at especially if the player that makes the catch goes down due to the contact of the "defender" after the ball has been touched. The replay they overturned on Lloyd was total BS, this one was questionable.

thats kinda the point....it wasnt just any "ONE' call, it was the cummulation of every call, and spot, that looked suspicious.......Whether you had chic, sf, over, or under, there is no disputing that there were some very shaky calls in that game, and ALL WENT ONE WAY.....

And this is not a sour grapes thread, as i also had the over, and due to that bad call, i did win that bet........
