I will be watching as many will.

Maybe we can keep this thread alive here for in-debate professional discussion. :)

About any major station @ 9 Est.

This Presidential debate along with future other(s) will have big implications for both candidates. Polls vary as of now. Under the eyes tonight and the main focus is said to be Iraq.

I think kerry wins . .they are both undefeated but kerry has this much working for him:

1.he's more presentable, he's tall lean in very good shape for his age and has a tan
2. he has a broader vocabulary he is more articulate he is incredibly honed on issues
3. he is just feeding bush's ego by constantly telling everyone he talks to "president bush has never lost a debate" this will get the president to perhaps get a little over confident and make mistakes and it also shows kerry knows his opponent very well. does president G.Bush have any idea kerry has never lost?

Bush however, uses a very unorthodox debating style that caters to the viewer more it will be interesting to see if kerry can overcome that. He (the President) will repeat things over and over when backed into a corner it seems to help him out although this may fail to appeal to the more intelectual viewer (no insult intended, no i am not being sarcastic they even said as much on the today show)

lastly, although Pres. Bush has never lost a debate, it will mark the first time he has had to debate as "defending champ"

I'm not going to say what will happen when they talk about specific issues that is a little too much to discuss. but as far as debating skills and what the public will see & hear I have to give kerry a slight nod.

FWIW, I dont think kerry looks 'orange' . .I think this is a natural tan color I dont see anything wrong with it however I did get a chuckle out of the jokes made at drudge how can you not laugh a little they are very cleverly worded it doesnt mean im not going to back the guy anymore.

I am going to try to watch this as unbiased as possible, here we go 9pm eastern. I saw a poll that said as much as 77% of voters could be watching this.

Bush is going to get cornered and choke, Kerry wins the debate
the polls will have a huge swing from 2 morrow and bush goes on damage control fighting all the way into the elections, Bush loses and loses his mind, americans are then pulled from Iraq and the families are real happy, the Irags have no major enemy to fight and then decide to chill out and fight no one.

Every one and their God Father stay far away from Iraq and we all live happily ever after, just fighting our own crimes and problems in the USA

You have to play Kerry tonight.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

He is 5-0 in his last 5 debates where he ate a Spaghetti dinner the night before and Bush only 1-6 his last 7 in debates held north of the Mason Dixie Line.

Play at Skybook and get the extra ½% on the poll outcome.

I see Bush sticking with the running game and keeping the clock churning. It's late in the forth with a nine point lead. No need to take any chances here, everyone knows where Bush stands. It's up to Kerry to make some sort of stand.

It should be boring unless Kerry says something whacked out or he blows a gasket. Kerry has to be a bit confused as to what side of the issues he's on this week. I'm sure he practiced so maybe he won't forget when the show begins. If Kerry is orange no one will remember anything he said.

The bottom line is if you plan to vote for Kerry or Bush, I doubt either will change your mind tonight.

I think most people are watching tonight for entertainment purposes. They want to see if that gump Bush is going to screw up tonight and make an ass out of himself so we can get more laughs out of him. By the way, why does Kerry always look constipated or confused?

ID,

Kerry has been in the US Senate for 20 years and has done ZERO, what makes you think he knows anything about foreign affairs. Kerry says he'll turn all decision over to the UN. I'm not an expert on foreign affairs, but that doesn't seem wise.
