Last season after opening weekend, regular season, I heard some pre and post game panels with ex NFL players and coaches say that it is a critical mistake for a QB not to play at all in the pre season, that they need to get out there with their receivers and backs and get their timing down just like all pro sports teams do in preseason. It is a newer thing in the past coaches always played their QBs a few games then sat them the 4th game. The record ATS last opening weekend clearly supported the notion that teams should not bench their starter every preseason game.
I thought some of you data guru experts would know who hasn't played this preseason, thanks Michelangelo for looking at this, I will start to look at all of it tomorrow to look at this as a consideration.
Burrow did not play this preseason and Cleveland + 2 1/2 is the play anyway, I am looking for opportunities.
