Predicted Election Results: Kerry 311 Bush 227

This predictive map was made using the following assumptions.

- Voters who already have made a choice will stick to it
- The undecideds will break 2:1 for the challenger (Kerry)
- If Nader is on the ballot, he will get 2%; otherwise 0% (was 2.74% nationally in 2000)
- The minor candidates such as Badnarik, Cobb, etc. will get 1% of the vote (was 1.01% in 2000)

I for one hope the poll is correct, but is there any data to support the assumption that:

"The undecideds will break 2:1 for the challenger (Kerry)"

Wow Dante,

That POLL gives both OHIO and FLORIDA to Bush and he barely wins...

It is becoming more and more obvious to me that Kerry only needs to win one of these 2 states to become President, whereas BUSH clearly needs both of them...

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the odds of winning one are better than winning two...

Sorry, I just couldn't resist this joke...

How the Bush Administration Changes a Light Bulb

How many Bush administration officials does it take to change a light bulb?

Are you ready for this?

The Answer is SEVEN:

(1) one to deny that a light bulb needs to be replaced;

(2) one to attack and question the patriotism of anyone who has questions about the light bulb;

(3) one to blame the previous administration for the need of a new light bulb;

(4) one to arrange the invasion of a country rumored to have a secret stockpile of light bulbs;

(5) one to get together with Vice President Cheney and figure out how to pay Halliburton Industries one million dollars for a light bulb;

(6) one to arrange a photo-op session showing Bush changing the light bulb while dressed in a flight suit and wrapped in an American flag;

(7) and finally one to explain to Bush the difference between screwing a light bulb and screwing the country.

the 2:1 ratio of indy's for Kerry is correct. Anytime those hardcore republicans on Fox news say somthing positive for Kerry, I tend to believe it.

Bush's approval rating is below 50%, no incumbent has ever won re-election when they are below the 50% mark

This predictive map was made using the following assumptions.
Cincinatt ml +200 OVER Denver

This predictive pick was made using the following assumptions.

Denver will have five turnovers, less than 200 yards passing, less than 100 yards rushing and Shanahan has bet against his own team so he will throw the game. Also, if none of that works, I assume lightning will strike Jake Plummer dead in the fourth quarter and Cincy still wins.

Wow... was this written by a high school student? This is the reason Bush will win the election. Because unfortunately the liberals don't have anything positive to offer execpt criticism of the conservatives approach in the last 4 years. Anyone can look back and say "This wasn't right...this is what we would have done." Does Kerry expect us to believe that although he voted for the war in Iraq...that he thinks it was a bad idea? :neenee:

Kerry is full of a lot of empty promises and unfortunately Bush is too quick to take freedoms away. Neither canidiate is a good choice but switching from one to the other is idiotic. I think when Kerry meets people he says "What would you like me to say to you... Whatever you'd like to hear...I'll say it"

Not sure how many it would take for Kerry.......Once he decided the light bulb was out, and hour later he would say it wasnt out, then an hour later it would be out again.....Of course if worse comes to worse, he could accuse Cheney's lesbian daughter of blowing the light bulb......possibly his wife could just buy the light bulb factory, and this would all be a moot point.....:think:

I don't know...but I do know that during Hussein's 20+ year reign... That 300,000 people were murdered. The next 20 years for Iraq will be much better times.

Well...assuming the lightbulb went bad due to a budget cut he voted for... He'd criticize the former administration...ignoring the fact that he's part of the problem.

Then he'd insist that they institutue the use of new state of the art lightbulbs...which.... cure juvenile diabetes, end the war in Iraq, enlist more countries as allies and lower taxes on the middle class while raising the minimum wage. He'd also insist that we buy these lightbulbs from Canada...all while ignoring the fact that we can't afford the lightbulbs in the first place.

I'm with you 100%. I don't support Bush against the libertarian party...but when the only other realistic option is Kerry... I have to side with Bush.

3 years ago, our country was rallied together for the common good. I saw the messages posted online by millions of people. "We must do whatever it takes to bring these people to justice" everybody agreed. Now... Everyone just wants to be like their favorite actor or pop singer and declare that THEY (in their infinite wisdom) know what's best for our country.

The liberals have turned our country against each other AGAIN.
