ALL games count, regardless of the opposition...........they will drop way down in the polls..........polls which count in the BCS.

If Michigan losses this game, they will all but be eliminated from the National Championship picture.

Good-bye national championship dreams...............guess the RX will not have to put up with Michigan fans this season.

Make no mistake about it, every MU fan thought they had a chance to run the table this year.

By the way, the BIG TEN will be an average at best football conference this year.

Disagree - Basically all the UM loss means is that the wheat is just being sifted from the chaff early. So Fishy, you mean to tell me you would rather have a Commodore 64, no nothing media types as well as coaches (or their assistants) determine who plays in the final game?

The whole BCS system is political bullshyt at its finest. No thanks.

Sorry, I cant roll with you on this one FH.

Wow.....Not true at all. Anyone who cares enough for a playoff system or cares period is probably a college footall fan to begin with and has been for the opening weekend even with the lackluster matchups.

So a team that is not as good as some people anticipated is exposed early and that means no playoffs is great.

Oh sure, what an obvious conclusion.

Great game, but I don't really see your point Fish.

We could have scenario where there are 3 undefeated teams and only two can play for the championship, but it's a great system because Michagan has to go balls out in week 1. Ummm ... no thanks.

Have been saying this for years, playoffs could be implemented with the 4 BCS games. Winners advance to semis. 6 Major champions plus 2 at large teams. That way we could get rid of this silly argument that the regular season in Coll football is so important. Its not important if Teams Like Auburn, Utah, and Boise St can't prove they were the best team of that year even when not losing a single game. Regular season would be alot more important if teams that lost a game earlier in season were still playing for something like winning their League championship and a berth in those 4 bcs games. With the way the system is set up now you can never have a NC St, or a Villanova win the championship like in Coll hoops. For a team to be eliminated this early for a Nat. Championship is idiotic. Why not have all 4 BCS games be played on Jan 1st like the old days and have those games mean something, instead of having some idiot in the media try to convince me that these BCS exhibition games actually do mean something. The unfortuante thing is everyone keeps saying that Bosie St BCS game was the best ever. But it didn't even mean anything. What did they get for wining that game ?
