Unless they increase the numbers used in the drawing, I would think that it would mean the jackpot would be hit more frequently thus preventing it from building up.

But then again, my history of doing math in lottery threads is abysmal and embarrassing so there is a pretty good chance I don't have a fucking clue what I'm talking about here.
