Post your Thoughts on Northwestern @ Duke

This looks like a major revenge game. Northwestern played great Defense against Syracuse & their Offense struggled although they have some decent weapons on offense. Duke won 1 game last year......@ Northwestern. The only TD 'Cuse had was after a turnover from the 9 yard line. The Offense has weapons and I look for them to light up Duke.

This looks like a classic calendar circle....Northwestern is the better team without doubt. Cutcliffe might do something down the road but it does not happen overnight with a school that has strict entrance requirements like Duke.

Welcome your thoughts....

Staying away from this one. Duke could be the most under-respected team in all of CFB.

This year I'm basing 90% of my picks on QB play, and after watching NW last week, I'm not convinced that there's a huge difference between Bacher and Lewis in terms of ability to take over a game.

No play for me.

I think if NWestern circled Duke on their calender they are in trouble. Duke will give them all they can handle.

Im leaning to Duke (but I'm leaning more to a no play). They had a pretty good game last week and they have a great coach in Cutcliffe.

I watches NW last week and they didnt look that great on offense. Sutton, their RB, did though. Dukes OL is not that bad, but like someone else said...Duke is probably one of the most underrated teams in college football.

This is a game i would love to watch. I will probably stay away.

Gustav is exiting this weekend's scene, but Hanna could be a hurricane affecting the west coast. Right now, heavy rain is forecast in the Duke/Northwestern game. I don't play UNDERs due to rainy weather on turf because I don't think it affects players that much, but on grass, it's a different story. The Duke football field is all grass. If they get soaking wet conditions, it will be sloppy that it will affect footing conditions. That is whenever your UNDERS cash with ease.

I ended up playing a decent sized play on NW and it cost me. I was right in the beginning, but let the "Duke is Duke" idea get in the way. The Devils may be a dog to play with regularity this year.

Duke actually greatly outgained Northwestern and probably played the better game and deserved to win if not for two fourth down stops by NW.
