The Blazers announced that Derek Anderson would play tonight against the TimberWolves but did not know how long he could go. That will help as they are short-handed because Dale Davis missed the bus to Eugene to fly out to Minnesota.

Looks like a late start for TNT. Man the Knicks just got smoked by the Rockets in the first end of TNT's double header in MSG. Jeff Van Gundy and Patrick Ewing got more cheers than the Knicks.
