POPUP ADS

Popup ads are becoming more and more frequent and thus more and more annoying. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them or at least slow them down? Using Windows 98.

VVV, download the popup killer and then go the Stacy Kiebler site mentioned in that HIP thread and you will see how good this popup killer is. Zapped about 6 of those muthafvckers.

do a search for "adaware" it's a good program to remove pop ups and other shit on your computer

There are a lot of them out there, and most work pretty well. I have "super popup blocker" and it works like a charm.
