Pops69 is coming back to TheRx.com this weekend. He emailed me this week and got a new password.

For any of you who are not familiar with Pops, he runs three season long capping threads during the year, one each in Baseball, College Football and College Basketball.

There are many nuggets of wisdom in his threads for those interested in intelligent handicapping.

great news....because of dreadful bullpens i started capping totals only and his thread was a must read and useful as all hell when handicapping the days totals and even the next day totals...following umpiring crews has become an obsession of mine when baseball starts...

Pops69 gives it his best shot when it comes to handicapping, especially in baseball, right down to the temperature & humidity at game time; he works at it.

Will he be working out of Las Vegas? During past years he would always take some time off for "breakfast" at one of the Casino's.

yep, the old man is back. no time to talk now as i'm in transit

should be ready to lock and load starting sunday. my threads will be same as in the past. i'll only use one for all my sports capping etc. so everything for any cbb, nba, ponies, MMA or anything else will be in my MLB thread

right now will is working on setting me up with 100 mb of space on there servers so that i can post my excel data and capping files.

1st will be a fully functional 25 mb spreadsheet for the entire 2008 mlb season. 2460 lines and 95 cols of data 233,700 buckets of information plus close to 100 functioning pivot tables etc. everthing will be in excel format. if you dont have excel or know how to use it. Learn!
