There was never any machine malfunction, the reels never lined up on a payout combination. The "WIN" notification was on the pixleated jackpot board found on most banks of machines.

it had nothing to do with the machine or reel combo. Its a brand new casino and it was a random promotion going on. As long as you had you players club card or whatever in the machine, you had a chance of winning.

I don't think some of you guys understand. I believe the jackpot they are talking about is one of those random jackpots that some places pay out now to random players that have their slot cards in the machine. You don't need a winning combo to hit it, just to have your card in the machine and have that machine be selected at random for it. (That's why the description reads "Power Player jackpot").
