2U Michigan -2: Slight homer pick possibly. Game will be won or lost at the line of scrimmage and both teams have excellent players along the front. I think the time off to get healthy will be big for Michigan as they’ve had a lot of players banged up, specifically along the line of scrimmage. Michigan is probably the best and deepest front that Bamas o line has seen and I think they’ll be able to collapse some pockets on Milroe. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them force a few turnovers with pressure. Bigger key for Michigan is stopping the run. Oh the other side of the ball, it will be tough sledding for Michigan but I expect them to use some screens and play action to help slow down the rush and give JJ time, they haven’t showed much of either this year. This Michigan team doesn’t beat itself and mistake free football is key in a matchup like this.
2U Under 63 Texas/ Washington:
taking the under with these teams feels odd, however some of the matchups interest me. I think Washington will struggle with the Texas d line and I think they’ll cause enough havoc to kill some drives. On the other side, Texas has been a roller coaster thoroughout thw year and the Washington defense has really stepped up late in the season. Matchups and coaching styles may lend itself to a big game under here.
