I tip everyone for everything and always have and always will. My first real job was a bartender in a local poolhall at 17 and then I owned my own bar for a while. So I over tip to the extreme. The way I tip dealers in casinos is in poker, I tip every pot I drag and if someone at my table drags a pot and does not tip, I will tip the dealer and make a comment to about the person who fails to tip on the win. Table games, I always bet for the dealer and/or bribe them. For instance in Blackjack, if I am pressing and need a break, I will just yell out something like "$25 if you break". I only go to casinos to have a good time and the more people who are having a good time with me the better time I have.

most of what you write is true, but some of it is pretty bogus. i will bet these other casinos "around the world" do not have the same tax laws. it is all but impossible for a casino in delaware to pay every dealer a salary because the tax laws simply would not allow it.

so you are saying since other countries pay employees what they deserve, then you have the right to be a cheapskate because the cheapskate owners dont pay there employees enough? that is pretty ridiculous.
