Most certainly would be a good thing to do. The website should cover the info I think. If not a call to clarify before posting up would be wise.

General and or Scotty...

Nice try but that did NOT even come close to answering my question!!!!

So let's try this again...

I had my one free Neteller withdrawal and now I would like to take out another $1000 in the same month via Neteller. How much is that gonna cost me??

This time let's not cut and paste from the website. I'm asking because the website is NOT clear on this!!!

It's 2% up to a cap of $30 per transaction. Those are the fee's imposed on us by Neteller. Not by BetPanAm. But rather than discuss this on the forums which isn't necessary, You could e-mail me at scotty@betpanam or call our Customer Service Department, which we set up to handle questions like these at 800-810-3575. This is why we don't post in the forums.

Thanks
BetPanAm

And this is what's on their website - no one was trying to make an issue here, Scotty just answered in a way that provoked my response, anyway ...

"We give you one free payout per month. After that, fees for payouts will vary depending on transfer method used."

Not a major issue, of course, but not sure why Scotty's response to a perfectly legitimate question. Probably had some bad tequila last night.

Hahhahaha call and get an $8 an hour clerk who doesn't have a clue?

Within the forum we're pretty well assured that we will be getting the right answer when we ask a book a question!!

If you answer 'no', would be interested in hearing your reasons - TIA
