I told myself 10 years ago that if I don't like the Sunday night game, that I will not bet it no matter how bad my day was. My day was so bad that I am deviating from my rule by hammering Minnesota. if anyone wants to make a lot of $$, simply bet Green Bay because I am on a serious skid.

Anyway I would be lying if I said I never chased before trying to get even for the week. I was known for it as a kid. In college $300 was like a month's worth of living expenses for me, it was a lot of money. However I would be out there on Monday night football with $300 on the favorite, $300 on the over, and a $300 parlay with the two. If they all hit it might get me even, LOL. Didn't work out well very often. The only even it go me back to was even worse than I was before.

I don't use it as a bail out but I seem to bet it stronger than I normally would.

If you like the Sunday night game go with it. Don't vary your bet size and keep disciplined. I personally get my Sunday night and Monday plays in ahead of Sunday morning games, but I still trust myself to make good decisions (or half time bets) late if it takes me until then to figure it out.

What's the taboo? Have a discipline and stick with it. If you can't do that then you can't beat this game so either get out or admit this is simply an act of self destruction.
