Penn State won't score more than 10 points, so the PSU D is going to have to play very well to cover.

really? it's hard for anyone to make an argument like that when they're talking about the Big 10. i do think some are overlooking Penn State's offensive/defensive line though.

i got a hard time seeing this game being both penn st and over, if you play usc and under you should at least manage a split

Which team besides USC in the Pac 10 plays defense and has balance passing and rushing?

I think PSU is easily the most balanced team that USC faces all season.

Royster is a small runner like JR at OSU and I expect to see them able to run the ball.

Also, it may not have been posted in this thread, but when Penn State struggles with OSU, it that they suck, but when USC struggles it is because of familiarity.

penn st couldnt even score on ohio st come on, usc completely fell asleep for 30 minutes after they blew out ohio st and figured they would run through their supposedly weak conference this year. (ironically, penn st played their worst game after the ohio st game too!) penn st has scored a lot of their points at home this year, asides from a beatdown at syracuse, i think they are a team that really capitalized on playing on beaver stadium, also they did not play 2 of the better teams in the conference northwestern and minnesota (if you can consider them better). i do consider this a road game really, and it is, whether people want to say how many penn staters will be their or not.

im sorry i forgot penn st scored a ton at wisconsin after wisconsin had maybe 2 of the worst back to back losses for any team for the whole season

How do you explain PSU waxing Oregon State 19 days before the Beavers beat USC?
