I bowed out at 2500, but I finish in 9th today in the $100,000 guaranteed at prima poker. That paid me $2250.

But I was pissed because i was second in chips for a while! 879 players started and I was second in chips for at least 30 minutes. First place paid $24000 with second place paying $14,000. I have won 2nd place on 2 other occassions in that same tournament, but I can never get first!!

1500/3000 blinds. I really don't think I can fold my way in safely. I am just going to try to avoid confrontations and pick up a pot or two.

In the $100,000 guaranteed today, people were taking AS MUCH time as they could in between folding at my table for some reason. I was playing fast since i was in 2nd at that point with 100 players left, but these guys wanted to play slow to win more money.

its always tough to get this deep in a tourney and fold your way to cashing. Keep on keeping on

Only 300 left and 254 get seats. He is in 96th position.

No need to even play another hand. He could even finish in the top 175 by folding all the way in if he needed to get that high

short stacks near the bubble slow play. Sometimes it is the best play if you are keeping your eye on the other tables and blind positions

No the tournament stops when only 254 are left.

I was in this tournament as well. I am glad that I won that $2250 in the other tournament because i paid the full $370 to enter this tournament

Only 286 players left, but I did make one slight error. Only 234 gets seats into the main event. 235-256 get their $370 back.

But he is still in 120 place or so

The slow play is excruciating, but with 10K on the line, I probably have to start doing it too. I've been watching other tables as well and they are all doing it.

In regular payout tourney's where just making the money is worth a few hundred bucks, it's not as prevalent, but in satellites it's very tough to deal with.

That is AWESOME!!!!

Don't play a hand-you are in.

277 left......do NOT blow this. Put yourself on autofold & keep an eye out for AA. Then again, just put yourself on autofold.

YOU"RE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
