I agree alot of times it seems rigged when you are running bad but I have a hard believing sites are rigged when I am up for my career on the site. Not alot but I am up. And my best friend is up 20K on his career. Have the stats to back it up as well.

just my experience from playing alot - i dont play at all anymore

partypoker win

pokerstars lose

full tilt win

party poker the winner seemed pre-determined you knew pretty quick whether it was you or someone else so depending on the read -play or quit

pokerstars - suck out on the river city BS cards - hard to win a pot

full tilt - seemed more 45/55 to me at least you had a chance to win if you were running good and the hands actually held up.

Heh I've seen countless people complaining about all 3 of those books. IMO all the software at every place is probably rigged. Why wouldn't it be rigged? They can get away with it and boost their profits easily. I swear, every time I get pocket kings or AA I now expect someone fishy to happen, because it usually does. Over the past week I've lost with those hands probably 80% of the time.

first KK since postin, lost to AA, what a coincidence! I also lost trip queens to some jackass who drew A A, then I lost to the same guy he was holding pocket 9s and bet against my set of KJ, and he gets a fcuking straight.

I either have the worst fucking luck imaginable or..............

Hey mate, I hear you as I have these things happening to me quite a lot as well. KK losing against AA is shitty, but that it possible. OK it seems to happen way much more online than it would happen in real life, but still, with those calls I can live. What frustrates me the most are those fishing idiots who keep on calling your bets and raises with nothing or pretty much nothing compared to what you have in your hand. Sometimes you end up to be the winner *woohoo*, but so many times this fishing loser wins the pot on the river while he should have left the pot waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay before. I used to play alot of poker online, but now only occasionally as I started to totally dislike it.

I'm playing at Cake now and so far I think this shit is rigged too. I'm up because my 99 beat AA all-in. Then I lost a huge pot with Qh6h against Ah10c because 4 fucking hearts came up. Two of the biggest hands so far, both times the worse hand won.

Try out www.playerwins.com

The network of players are absolutely terrible plus the main tourney every night they are throwing in an extra $1k to the prize pool every night untill the end of February.

My buddy has won the $1500 NL Holdem tourney twice now. The buy-in is only $30 and there have never been more than 25 people in the whole tournament and you do not get that at Tilt or Pokerstars

As far as withdrawals, he got his check in the mail after cashing out in just over a week and then did moneygram the next time and it was pretty much instantly i believe

I dont care which site you try out, but if you are in it to win some money, you should give playerwins.com a try. Promise, the way some of these guys play on there is ridiculous.

Why do you think poker sites need to rig a game? Like a casino, they'll gladly give you 97 cents for every dollar spent. I don't care how good of a hand you have, if your opponent has an out, there's always a chance. qed.

just a lot of suspicious outcomes imo. Then I read this thread

http://www.blindbetpoker.com/subfolder/forum/t1101-pokerstars-is-rigged.html

i cashed out of p stars a long time ago; i play on ftp and ult bet;
think about it:
the only way a bad player wins is too get lucky , pstars wins by more players playing and contributing to the rake; bad players win and get a chance to receive their tourney portion of the flat payout; then good players reload "knowing " the odds will fall their way, and the bad beat they received will be less likely to happen again.

stars has too many funny boards in tourneys

How would an online site know who they are biased for or against? If a site's only gain in fixing play is a increased rake, which is already rather low...I find it hard to believe they'd even take the risk in being shutdown or losing their patronage. I play occassionally online, and I find that I see the same bad beats as in my live game. However, it feels more concentrated, only because I see 4x more hands per hour. I'm just not sure what to think about large sites like Pstars or FT being fixed.

i agree completely with above;
2 stories:

1) I have a friend who deals poker for a living and he told me that he knew of 3 people who would collude together online on stars and still could not win.

He stated the only people who win on stars were people who keep big 5 figure balances in their account and if their account took many withdrawls, and their balance got low they would get rivered non stop.

2) A poker pro I know (4 mill + in winnings) will only play the cheap tourneys on stars because of the funny boards

think about it, stars tourneys have flat payouts - why? spread the money out over many people since the donks lose and don't reload and the smart money reloads "knowing" the odds will fall in their favor eventually.

i got hosed real bad in a big $ tourney on such a ridiculous situation that i quit stars for awhile then 2 years later finally withdrew everything and i don't play there anymore at all

i don't think that there is necessarily one individual that is selected to win i just think that the pocket cards/ wacky boards go together;
e.g. person has aces and donk rivers trips; or flop trips , flush turn, boat river - the stars boards generate fast action and get people get knocked out of tourneys and onto cash games = more rake for stars
