I won $1,288 in high school one day. Sad, thats the most I've ever won and I'm almost 30.

$11,000 in a tournament years ago, took 3rd place in a $500 buy-in event with rebuys at the Commerce. I played a lot when the fields and poker world were a lot tighter.

Once sat down at a NL200 party table at about 4PM and by 8pm i had a little over 2,000. 90 percent was from this one guy diflokerp who must have been on some sort of uber tilt. Some other guy left with about 1200 and we all got our money from him.

The funny part was there was this one guy (a decent player) who kept losing to the donkey right before the donkey would give away his money to everyone else.

$3100 in a 2/5 live cash game at a casino. Biggest pot I won was 1900 in a limped pot! I had 24 suited on the button, flop comes 3 5 10 rainbow, someone bet $15, 4 callers. Turn was an ace, bingo! This time the bet is $25, 3 callers to me and I made it $150, only one caller. River was a q, guy checks, I bet 200 and he check rases me all in! Of course I called, he slowplayed a set of 5's on the flop and got burned, pretty nice pot for 24...

Well this past Saturday I won $127,900 at the Scotty Nguyen invitational/ 7 Clans Poker Cup in Kinder, Louisiana. Check it out if dont believe me, call them and ask who won! Or just ask PRO POKER PLAYER who won the event 435 plyers were entered with the entry fee of $1080. Well actually they only gave me $117,900 cash and a gold bracelet with diamonds on it worth $10,000. I dont need the bracelet so I will look to sell it for whatever I can get

I have won this same tournament before, but they only had 210 players that time so it didnt pay near as much

nice win PO69...so how much taxes did they take off or is that after taxes? did you make the local news on any Poker site thats a huge win?

Well since it is an Indian Reservation, they do not take out taxes but if course this is still taxable. I am not sure about the local news as I am not from Louisiana, but I doubt that it was even mentioned since they have these tournies every other month or so. I have been lucky enough to win twice, but have lost about 8 other times.

It will be mentioned in poker mags in a few weeks. I will make sure and post a link then. There were around 10 players who had won WSOP bracelets playing in the event as well. Except for Scotty, they were not main event winners though
