Is your Private Message Turned On ? If not go to User CP and Click on the Box Enable Private Messaging
Hit Save at the Bottom, and you are all set.
When you want to send a PM to someone, just click on the name of the person. It will ask you if you want to send a PM to that person.
After that, a Box will Open ( Just like an Email ) Write whatever you want and Send it.
You will see on the Upper right hand side where it Says Welcome XXXXX
In Red under that, it will say Private Messages.
It will tell you if you have any. When it says you do, then just Click the Words Private Messages in Red, and it will bring you to the Inbox
Just like Email.

do not forget to enable them, also, if you previously enabled them prior to the forum down time, you may have to re-enable them now.

1) Click on USER CP in the upper left hand corner.
2) Click on "Edit Options" on the left hand side of the screen (in the settings and options box)
3) Go to the second box called "messaging and notification" and make sure there is a CHECK MARK next to "enable private messaging"
There are a few other options in regards to PM's that you can activate as well.
