Very sharp post. I've tighten the screws on the muslims preaching death to the infidels and have called for the muslim military outpost in America to be closed under the RICO laws. I'm the only one I know of ahead of the curve on this one. I've also called for many more bombs and less troops. Re-evaluate that 1%. You are correct, many times I've said this is one mans opinion and 90+% of the time I'm correct. I believe in self-reliance and liberals believe big government should give my money to them so they can smoke bud, sip bud, become babies daddy all over town, watch springer and shoot hoops. The left-wing version of 'big gov't' means entitlement programs, yes. But don't act as though there is no right-wing version of big gov't, either. Other than an income tax refund, I've never received a gov't entitlement in my life. Nobody I know has, as a matter of fact, and we're all liberals (except my racist uncle, who's a conservative, and the only one in the family to have ever collected unemployment insurance.)
