with all the injuries and bc coming off a dominant perfromance and going back home i agree they should be favored. but a full TD seems pretty hefty.

Shit... I was really gonna lay it down on BC this week, but 7 points.. c'mon! Saskatchewan already dominated BC once, and despite the injuries have only lost one game, albeit barely. Just can't do it...

same thing here man. BC was ging to be my biggest play of the seasosn thus far but i hate this line. i was hoping for -4

including last years playoff game, Sask are 6-1 in their last 7 trips to BC. thats a crazy stat. no team has as much success in BC as sask

Perhaps there is some value in Hamilton +13, since Taffe has finally been fired. Of course, who starts at QB is probably the biggest factor... if Richie gets the start this is extremely good value. Otherwise, still might be worth a play... depending on how things play out in the days prior to the game.

The Canadian Football League's two worst teams shook things up on Monday when the Winnipeg Blue Bombers traded defensive end Tom Canada and the rights to defensive end Corey Mace to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in exchange for linebacker Zeke Moreno.

Canada, playing in the blue and gold his entire CFL career, is not happy with the trade and has said he won't report to Hamilton.

The league is currently working on the situation in hopes of ironing things out.

Canada is coming off one of the most dominating performances by a CFL lineman in 2007, leading the team in quarterback sacks with 12 in 17 games. Canada also played in his first ever Grey Cup in 2007, collecting a pair of quarterback sacks in a losing effort against the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Moreno has two years of CFL experience, all with Hamilton who drafted him in 2007. Prior to joining the Ticats, the California native played four seasons with the University of Southern California Trojans.

Mace is on the Buffalo Bills' practice roster in the National Football League. The Port Moody, B.C., native was signed by the Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2007.

Also on Monday, the Bombers came to terms with defensive end Kai Ellis who was released by the Alouettes last week.

Terms were not disclosed.

The six-year CFL veteran also has experience playing linebacker in a career that has had previous stops in Calgary, Ottawa and Montreal before landing in Winnpeg.

Ellis played the 2003 season with the Stampeders, before being traded to Ottawa where he played 24 games for the Renegades over the next two seasons. He was acquired by the Alouettes in the 2006 dispersal draft and remained with Montreal until last week.

Ellis will be reunited with defensive coordinator Greg Marshall and defensive line coach Richard Harris, who held the same posts in Ottawa in 2005. It was Marshall who worked with the now 28-year-old to make the transition to linebacker that season.
