I quit gambling and my life improves, relationship with wife and kids is better and I sleep better and enjoy work better.

I drain all my accounts to zero. I have even made over 4 dimes betting sports lifetime.

then after a few weeks of staying away from gambling I think to myself I'll see what the posters at the rx are up to. wonder what side they are on.

then I scan the posts and then the itch hits me and I post up and turn into the fvkn degenerate and cuss, ignore family, stay up late, check lines at work, etc,etc,etc.

now I know I can still check the posts if I'm banned but maybe I will do it less if I lose my 1500 posts and stay the fvk away from here.

so I ask you to ban me for life. I wish you all the best in life. Gambling sux so bad, I hate it.

I so hate the fvkn crooks that make a living off ppl's hard earned money.

the odds are so stacked against players making a red cent, juice, transaction fees both ways, its impossible to win long term.

Unfortunately, if you check the NBA Forum you will note that Holysmoke must have made a play today on the Nets which no doubt has increased his frustration. That being said, this is no business for the faint of heart and it is much better to leave it behind now and give your time and energy to your family. You will be a much happier person and glad that you did.

I have made some real estate investments in Southeast Florida that have appreciated 130k in one year. Lee County Florida is going through the roof.

Holysmoke,just dont gamble as much! Bet SMALL amounts,I know a friend that use to bet more than they could afford to lose,he was miserable(much like you sound) I talked him into betting 2,5,$10 bets instead 200,500,$1000 bets and he is a happy man now! This way he satisfies his gambling needs but in no way interferes with his life,family,work,etc. You should try this!

your best bet on getting on the right track.........is spend every free moment involved with your family...........that will curtail ALOT OF your problems....focus on your work .....quit going to the sportsbars with your buddies....and take your ass home....plan your days off......

Banning you from the RX is not solving your problem, if the General decides to BAN you, tell me what will be different. thats just like saying if I move from Arkansas to Alabama I will quit doing DRUGS, wrong the problem is still there and always will be there unless I do something about my problem, samething goes with GAMBLING. You have not unearthed some new phenon, you know what I mean. Everybody wants easy Money, I knew Punters who couldnt spend the Money they earned, but tried to win it off Me, nothing better than taking it off a Bookmaker and bragging about it.

Like most normal people, you have to come to a realisation of your situation. Once you have given way to what you are as a Punter, life becomes very easy. To give you an example, I was all My Life in bookmaking and lived accordingly, but when I got out of the Game I still acted as if I was at the Front line. I have now come to the conclusion, which everyone eventually comes to, its all a matter of Time spent Vs Money made, I personally havent the time for form reading anymore, so I have cut back on My Betting. You must make the same choice, put less time in, expect less, have fun.
