EDIT: yeah, appears to be raining rather steadily in Salzburg at the moment. So I would guess the pitch was in no condition to be played on. They will usually play football matches if it's raining as long as it looks like the pitch can take the water and not create large puddles... I'm guessing that's what's happened.
Marlins best play on the board IMO. they are hot as hell atm and riding a ton of momentum. meanwhile Medlen is spot starting again and his arm has to be fatigued as they have been jerking him around, stretching him out to start than putting him back in the bullpen than stretching him out again. He just worked in relief 2-3 days ago in an extra innings game against the Pads. I doubt he goes more than 5 and the Braves pen has been very suspect the past couple of days. Not to mention Anibal Sanchez has a sub 3 ERA at home.
