In my opinion, Its April 28th again- History repeats itself for these two games- well at least as far as the total is concerned. Both pitching matchups played against each other last week on April 28th.

Detroit/Minny Over 9 +100

Team AVG Runs Hits HR SB OBP SLG

Detroit Tigers 0.281 128 254 19 12 0.362 0.432
Minnesota Twins 0.277 130 242 28 14 0.363 0.437

Team vs Opp Pitcher Starters 8Abs+
Detroit Tigers 56 for 171 .327 4--2
Minnesota Twins 11 for 31 .355 0--1
Total 67 FOR 202 .331

Detroit is ranked 1st in Batting Average and 8th in Runs scored, Twins rank 6th in both areas.

DET: M. Scherzer (1-1, 4.23)
MIN: S. Baker (2-2, 5.72)

These 2 faced each other last week in an 11-6 Detroit win.

More of the same again as the total goes OVER!

Baltimore/Yankees Over 9 -105

Orioles did get to Sabathia last week for 11 hits, but only 3 runs. Guthrie got rocked for 7 runs (6 earned) in their matchup last week as the Yankees won 8-3. History repeats!

BAL: J. Guthrie (0-3, 4.70)
NYY: C. Sabathia (3-1, 3.12)
