my point is that for the last 6 weeks the astros have played with all heart and hope to just win one more game and see what happens tomorrow.
while the cards have just cruised into the playoffs, it's hard to turn a switch on or off like that.
but you are right kojak, even though i have the strohs today, china will have plenty of rice soup.
morris era vs the strohs is 3.00, while munro is about 6.5 vs the cards.
i hope that going on the fact that munro pitch's much better during the day, and morris doesn't, gives and edge.
i like the over in both games much more than the sides. i am just hoping that one dog wins tonight for plus money, and there is no way i'm paying the price of morris tonight.

Good luck tonight. I'm on the strohs for sure. What the hell at that price and the way they've been playing. I also like your angle on the game with the Cardinals cruising and the Strohs battling the last 2 months.
I got to believe that Boston Gets it done finally against the Yanks. Kevin Brown has back problems and the Cold weather won't do him any favors. The Red Sox have an edge in the Bullpen except for the fact that Rivera didn't pitch last night and is rested. If the Yanks are up in the 8th inning then there's a good chance Rivera will shut them down. I can't wait to see it. It should be fun to watch.:drink:
