Plays against the Public listed here

I spent about an hour working these out, so I thought I'd share them here. What I've discovered is betting these seems to work better with better known teams. On smaller schools, I guess the public is pretty smart.

SMU +13.5
Mississippi +16.5
Iowa St +8
W. Mich +14
New Mexico +3
Eastern Mich +7
G-Tech +13
Penn St +11.5
C. Flor +18.5

So looking at the better known teams, the picks would be:

Mississippi +16.5
Iowa St +8
New Mexico +3
G-Tech +13
Penn St +11.5

If you can find a reason to like these teams, you can at least rest easy that you're playing against Joe Public.

the fact that the penn st line has dropped from 12 or 11.5 to 11 and then to 10.5 and now to 10 tells you something about that game. When the public is all over a team like purdue and yet the money appears to be coming in on the other team that usually means one of two things. either some major tout service has penn st as their play of the year (not a good thing) or some "sharp" players are on penn st (a good thing). I am leaning towards it being a good thing and will be on penn st heavy today. good luck

i dont think A +M has covered as a road favorite since the 90s.

perhaps the biggest "play against joe public" play would be Michigan against Minny. the line opened -7 and got bet down to -3.5, hard to see more movement then that - although most of that was "sharp" money - at least to start

The reason Penn St. line is coming down is because Doc Enterprises released their Big 10 GOY on them. Purely tout service move.
