Excited about playoffs, just wanted to get the ball rolling before the weekend comes around...

As far as series wins are concerned...Upsets

Hornets to beat Nuggets
Dallas to beat undermaned Spurs
Wade to beat atlanta LOL

and i know portland have a crazy homecourt but theyre inexperienced to the playoffs and playing a very solid road team in the rockets.

so ROCKETS to beat the Blazers

I believe orlando/cavs/celtics/lakers will all sweep or at most 4-1.

There is just one future bet I am making...

Cavs and Lakers to win the Championship. Both will be there, that's inevitable. You can watch the final with free $$$ in the bank.

West is stacked with these first round playoff matchups.. even the 1/8 with Lakers and Jazz is interesting. I expect most of these series to go 6 or 7 games.

I'm not feeling many upsets looking at these matchups but if I had to pick my upset special LEAN is Phili over Orlando... the Magic peeked way early and have not impressed me the second half of the season, I see this series being a battle.

I really like Portland as a sleeper out west.. this team is HOT and is ballin it up. That would be a fun 2nd round matchup to watch LA/Port.

r u srs.. orlando peeked early.. man they beat all the top teams in the 2nd half of the season. their record against top teams is equal to no other in the NBA. the only thing they have to proove to me is that they can handle the playoffs and get out of the first round for once... last 2 yrs detroit beat them easily

one spot I'm planning to exploit is bench matchups.....San Antonio, Hornets, Detroit have from my research the three worst benches.

I plan to look more into pre-game 2nd quarter plays, for example

I really wanted to bet Portland against the Spurs or Mavs but am very wary of the Rockets

The biggest issue I have with the Rockets is they don't have a go-to guy down in crunch time

Dallas- Dirk
Hornets- CP
Lakers- duh
Utah- D Williams
Portland- Roy
Nuggets- Carmelo
Spurs- Duncan/Parker in replacement of Manu
Rockets.........? Artest or Ming? Don't see them taking over many games late
