angels are the BETTER team - get 3 games at home - and DON'T discount the fact NYY would have to make an extra X-Country trip. angels have THE BEST record against NYY of any team in baseball over quite some time. angels are NOT afaid of NYY and have a rested - and better - pitching staff

angels might need 5 - but angels WILL beat NYY

the astros first 3 pitchers are studs and once again braves choke

CWS is better on the mound and field and will win

Padres are a long shot - but again - if this goes 5 i have peavy on the mound for the padres and if i have them for the series i have peavy +300 or more and i will take that over carpenter

Astacio has been the staff ace since August. Padres have two good starters, but problem is the Cards are so far ahead of them in all other facets the price still isn't enough to get me to bite. Might be lots of low scoring games, but Cards will scratch out three wins in some fashion.

Agree the Angels are a steal. This team drives the Yanks nuts, they are just built for the playoffs and should dispose of NY. The season series was dominated by the Angels except for those two miracle comeback wins. Might be the Yanks only edge, do they have the Angels pen a little worried by what they accomplished in the Bronx back in July. Otherwise the price is a screaming bargain.

I hope you're right. I've got chi/bos/laa -205 for the AL pennant. i'd just asume not sweat the ALCS.
