ANYONE HAVE A PROBLEM PUTIING
WAGERS IN everything looks normal but it does not confirm 3rd time it has hapeened to me today

wierd .. i would place my wager comfirm it with my password.. hit enter than the screen would go blank.. so i let it be for over a minute then it said it was confirmed
any one have this problem

i do sometimes, but not necessarily just at psb......

sometimes it just hangs after hitting confirm...seems to happen at busy times, i think some of it is the server, and then sometimes i just need to reboot , and things move along faster....

general i did notify them yesterday late afternoon

said they would look into it
still having the same problems
i put a wager in on clev , when i went to confirm it i hit enter screen went blank then 1 minute later it said it was confirmed

ok general i just played a proposition bet
will there be a run scored in the first inning
-200 yes
plus 160 no
i said no 50 dollar wager enter password to confirm i did it accepted it in right away

i went to place a wager on mlb colorado plus 135 money line went to confirm it screen went blank

superbook if you r out there please respond
i made 3 phone calls and 2 emails...
damm

I've checked with our IT department and it's our thought that this was caused due to some server upgrades we were working on last night.

We have received any other complaints, so if the problem persists, please let me know directly.

just try to confirm my wager screen went blank

log on here to tell u about it and it just confirmed it about 45 seconds later

This has been happening to me for about 4 months now, screen goes blank, about 2-3 minutes later, the bet confirms.

If you wait, the bet will go through.
