Players Superbook - NETeller Withdrawal Question

Do I have to call in to to Players SB to request a NETeller withdrawal?

It can no longer be done from the NETeller site and I see nothing at PSB where I can request a withdrawal. (The site tells me all about withdrawal methods, but no place that I can find to actually request the withdrawal).
