Plaxico Burress to the GIANTS??

Plaxico Burress visits the NY Giants tomorrow and is said to love NYC. Look for him to be the new wide out for the Giants joining Amani Toomer. I can hope can't I??

Dante sorry to say if not the Giants then somewhere else. Plaxico is done in Steeltown. The Giants would be fools not to take a shot at grabbing him to enhance the chances of their monster investment Eli Manning have success as soon as possible. Plaxico will make a nice target for Eli and the Giants are a perfect spot for the big reciever. IMHO Buress is much better than team morale wrecker T.Owens. This deal could go a long way to narrow the gap between the fading Eagles and the new look N.Y. Giants.

Please Please Please...It would be Christmas in March in NY if we can get Plax. I'm not a huge fan of the guy BUT I think as a Giant alongside Toomer he could be a perfect fit. Hillard is often injured so I think Eli would love to have a young stud to fling the ball to.

Eli Manning will have a great trio to throw to in Toomer, Burress and Shockey. Not for nothing but he's going to have a break out year and throw up QB stats the Giants aren't used to seeing.

The Giants still have an o-line issue to deal with but I like having more firepower on offense than less.

Shockey is a very important piece of this puzzle. He looks to be going the way of Sehorn, "the most overrated player in the NFL." Giants fans don't like his type much so he needs to backup the crap he talks or we'll run his ass out of town.

I'm salavating thinking about the offense 2 years from now if the aformentioned players are on the team and healthy. It could be the best offense I've seen in my 20+ years as a fan.
