Upon hearing from ZACKZK that platinum has now changed their policy to a 14 day hold on payouts of winnings from the date of the original deposit, I asked a CS rep if I could take out winnings with no penalty on a reloaded deposit,she came back 5 minutes later and said it was ok. As soon as the next wager won, the reload bonus was taken out and now a different CS rep is quoting their updated website policy on payouts to substantiate their action (14 day hold OR 5x rollover). No big deal. But now the remaining balance of 3629.00 is reduced by another 30 at this point because this cs rep notices it wasnt taken out on the payout. Now 3599.00 remains and upon deciding to close this acct 2,500 is accepted in neteller but the 1,000 was declined. I would have gladly given them a 5x rollover and recommended them in the future,,but now platinum can kiss my @@@.
