These Lakers and/or Nuggets will not beat Cleveland. This is in no way an overreaction to how the Lakers are playing today. This team is just soft. Kobe can only do so much. I personally wouldnt be surprised to see Chauncey Billups and company upset them in the next round.

Im gonna go place my futures bet on Lebron to win his first ring right now. My advice would be that you all do the same.

Your overreaction is already thinking that Cleveland has won the eastern conference.

No doubt in my mind Cleveland is the best team in the NBA, let alone the Eastern Conference. I will place my bet on the best team. Does the best team always win? Of course not. Ill take my chances though.

Ding ding! We have a winner!

Been saying this forever. Lakers aren't winning the championship over the Cavs. In fact I might give the Nuggets a better chance of beating Cleveland.

I don't completely discount Orlando posing a problem against Cleveland. Unlikely they actually pull the upset though, all signs point to this being Cleveland's year. Best team from start to finish. Anything over even money is a bargain. Perhaps slightly better value on LA NOT to win the championship at -160 or so. Could win that one before the Finals.

100% agree. Cleveland has slowly climbed the ladder and have gotten better each year. This is their time.

Lakeshow was ONE of two teams that beat Cleveland at home.

Sorry but Bron doesnt have the KILLER instinct that Kobe has. IF Lebron can someday step up in the clutch let me know.

Kobe and the Lakeshow will beat them....easily....and if Lebron never gets that one thing that all the GREATS have, he will never win a ring....

And they are playing the best *team* basketball.
The key is who has the best team, not talent.

The Lakers would have done the same thing to the Pistons and Hawks. Im sorry but the Cavs winning hasnt shown anything against less than stellar teams. I dont think the cavs would have blown out the jazz or the Rockets.

Lakers in 6

Its not necessarily that they are winning its how they are winning. They are cruising and playing dominant basketball. They have the best team chemistry and play the best team defense.

There is no way the Cavs would've put in an effort like the Fakers put in yesterday. That is the difference between championship teams and talented teams.

Cleveland has a realistic chance of going unbeaten in these playoffs, especially if Boston beats Orlando.

They gamplan around Yao....The master of adjustments in Phil will chnage that...Kobe onl took 17 shots yesterday...It was about Brooks and he is NOT gonna score 30 points again...Lakers win the next 2 in blowout fashion

Maybe Lebron will get there next year and shake a few hands along the way.

Surprised this wasnt bumped after the orl/cavs series.

Fair enough.

I was dead wrong on this one no doubt.

tough when you have low class posters...

that basically bookmark threads like these...

in order to rub it in...

at least you actually bet...

and posted your plays...

which is more than the jackass that bumped it can say.
