Al, one question for you/everyone else-- I feel as if the braves have begun to coast into the post season, thus the reason for poor performance recently--as Ive been burned mulitple times as of late by them--do you feel the same? Just wondering.........

UT Longhorn, I was hesitant when i placed my bet today with the Braves just because of that same thought. The Mets always play the Braves well, even though the Mets are last in the division, so that series did reflect the Mets capabilities. So, Pittsburgh is on the road again after losing to Florida yesterday, Braves had a day off, Braves play well at home and against Pittsburgh, i like Ramirez, 9-4 and i will be looking for the Braves to come out and get back on track before that losing attitude sets in before the playoffs. It's not a time to slack off and rest but to come out and play with some new enthusiasm. So, my play on the early game is for the Braves to come out and play to "win" and get back into the groove and to avoid their longest losing record of the season. Braves @-205, at home,i went for it.
